It is exciting to know that trends include foods as well. I mean isn’t it great to always have good and healthy food options to incorporate in your diet? There are many advantages to that, as a starter, it breaks the routine. You are not to get bored by eating the same thing over and over again, for those people who say that healthy eating is depressing and boring. Another significant advantage is that your body gets to benefit other than what it is accustomed to, by introducing new and different nutrients. And for those who love and appreciate cooking healthy, it’s just another way of enjoying cooking by mixing up new flavors together.
After much research I have come to conclude the following trendy foods for 2018:
1. Hydrogen water
This is water with extra hydrogen gas added to it. Some claim that it is an energy booster and helps with muscle recovery. Even if it isn’t right, it’s still water, and it is good for you.
2. Turmeric anything
These products are getting so much attention due to the antioxidants it contains. Anything from turmeric milk to turmeric powder, even beauty products,
3. Drinking soups
These are ready bottled rich in antioxidants soups and juices. A very convenient way to get the healthy nutrients on the go.
4. Pea milk
Simply because its vegan vegan vegan, and a great milk substitute for lactose intolerance people.
5. Date syrup
Because it’s a healthier sugar alternative, rich in flavor and works well with many savory and sweet food options.
6. Vegan cheese
Since its made from almond and cashew milk, it’s a great substitute to animal-based cheese.
7. Floral & middle eastern flavors
Zaatar and fresh edible flowers are everywhere from foods and drinks.
8. Plant-based foods
Of course, this popular food option continues to be popular through 2018.

Is healthy lifestyle an option? And what does it mean? Is it following a healthy diet or is it exercising? Could it be looking after yourself and your mental health? Does it have to be this one thing or a combination of many?
To begin with, its whatever gets you to a state where you feel comfortable in your skin. It’s feeling good about yourself inside out. It is most definitely an option. It’s a choice that you can make to change yourself and your life for the better. Become a better version of you in every way possible.
To be able to do so, I firmly believe that you need to start from the inside. Your mental health is vital. Nothing is more important than your wellbeing.
Consider this, choose to become a better person, decide to become a happier person, and choose to live life to the fullest.
Always surround yourself with good energy, good vibes. Be good to others.
Treat your body right, and yes exercising or doing sports is essential. It is the best way, if not the only way to release any stress or negative vibes, not to mention maintaining a great shape, which will most definitely boost your self-esteem.
Think of how far are you willing to go to improve yourself? Invest in yourself, today, if not now.

Serve your mind, body, and soul so that they can serve you.

“You are a badass” by Jen Sincero

“You are a badass” I bought this book when I was LA a month ago. Let me start by saying that I’m not surprised that this book is #1 New York Times bestseller. I just love it, and I finished reading it in one week. Kid you not. It felt great reading this book, I have enjoyed it so much that I couldn’t put it aside for a minute.

Jen (the writer) apparently has the experience, and she knows what she’s talking about in her book. She’s also funny and has a great writing style. The book is very engaging, and she feeds you information in the best and humorous way possible. Unlike the regular depressing self-help books out there, this book actually motivates you and gives you methods that you can follow to change (if you’ve decided to change in the first place).

The great thing about this book is that not only was it inspiring to me, but also to my 14 year old daughter. I have shared a few chapters with my daughter that I felt could be helpful for her in her teen years, and she came back to me saying that she would like to read the whole book once I finish it.

Another bonus that this book offers an abundance book references included, with a brief description of the books listed.

I’m always on the lookout for good self-help books, and I very much enjoy reading that sort of book genre. But I have also been disappointed more than a few times in some of the books that I came across. On the other hand, this book was worth the money and the time.

It goes without saying that there are many fitness gadgets available nowadays. Some of which are very expensive, and other more affordable ones. Most of us have a couple of gadgets that help us in the gym, or at home. But which ones work for you?
Fitness gadgets are cool and fun. If you think about it, they are motivating too. They are refreshing and helpful throughout your workout or your diet. Nevertheless, fitness gadgets could be the cause for your lifestyle positive change.
I have summed up for you a list of fitness gadgets benefits:

1. They make your exercise more enjoyable.
2. They make your workout more comfortable.
3. They provide you with a sense of control over what you are doing.
4. They provide you with a sense of control over your eating habits.
5. They could be the purpose of changing your bad habits into good ones.
6. They will make you more committed and accountable towards your new healthy lifestyle, whether that is your workout or your diet.
7. And let’s not forget, that it’s an excellent gift idea.

1. Fitness trackers that monitor your heart rate, steps, calories, sleep, and much more.

3. Fitness Apps.

Before purchasing or investing in any fitness gadget, consider carefully what you want to get out of it. Make sure you research well, to benefit the most from it. You would always want to invest in reliable products and brands.

Are you living a healthy lifestyle?

Well, it’s a yes or no answer, there is no in between. And if you’re not, I highly recommend you start right away.
Living a healthy lifestyle would be by far the best thing you would ever do. Having said that, I don’t mean that you start dieting for the purpose of losing weight nor following those insane torturing methods that don’t allow you to eat anything.
Believe it or not you need to eat everything. Everything from carbs, proteins to fats.
What you need to do is to follow a well balanced diet containing all of the above but in moderation. Simply because our bodies need carbs for energy, proteins to repair cells and build muscle, and fats for growth development and cell functioning and many other things (I’m not a dietitian, but I try to research and learn as much as possible). The mistake that we all do is that we consume more calories a day than we should, and that’s the main reason why we gain weight.
A healthy lifestyle also means that you should consider working out. I know that this could be a disappointment to many of you, but trust me its essential. And once you get used to working out, you will get addicted.
I feel great after a good workout. It’s a great way to release any negative energy and stay fit at the same time.
The great thing is that it’s become easier than ever to adopt a healthy lifestyle into your life. There are many places that offer healthy food options that can be delivered to your door step. So you have no excuse!

Make it a habit, a routine. Look for things that motivate you, and for people who can inspire you.

He has published his first book “ Shai Gourmet,” which incorporates many healthy dishes and more importantly answers many of the questions that we all wonder about. Ibrahim Zainal is a firm believer in the anti-diet approach.

There is a lot of nonsense about nutrition out there, so be selective and careful in what you read.

A healthy lifestyle is a choice, and no one else can make that choice for you. Take it now, you won’t regret it.

It can be based upon a set topic or can be any material chosen at random”. You have probably seen designers use mood boards to reflect their design concepts. But what is important to note, is that mood boards are really for everyone.
Mood boards are a great way to put together your thoughts, dreams, desires, and goals that you wish to accomplish. It’s the best way to visually convey the essence of who you are, and what you aspire to become.
Mood boards have proven to be a very successful tool for planning and achieving your goals. Placing visual words that mean something to you, alongside images that reflect what you want to achieve and become, and looking at them every day will constantly help you to work hard towards your goals “Law of Attraction”.
It is believed that when you focus your energy on good thoughts, you will attract good things. The more positive energy you generate, the more positivity you attract into your life.
The most exciting thing in life is to have a purpose and a goal. No matter how big or small that goal is, the important thing is how much it means to you as a person.
